Members of the Lake Country Boys and Girls Club

A group of 9 to 12 year old members of the Lake CountryOkanagan Boys and Girls Club participated in the Torch Club this year. It is a Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada’s signature junior leadership program and gets pre-teens engaged with what’s happening in their community.

Torch Clubs provide a small group experience, with the support and guidance of a caring adult mentor.

The Lake Country Torch Club chose to bring awareness to the SPCA and Pink Shirt Day through fundraisers at the Boys and Girls club and at Lake Country Coopers.  Torch club is free with membership.
