Game one was won in overtime, despite being outshot 59-28. Bryce Shegelski was outstanding in net, giving his team a chance to go to overtime. Goals by Colton Share, Tyler Dreger and Brandon Wilson. The Game winner was scored on a penatly shot by Erik Dion. Assists by Jalen Zummack(2) Erik Dion(2) and Tyler Dreger.

Game two was a great team effort as Winfield came back from two goals down to win 3-2. Goals by Erik Dion(2) and the game winner from Colton Share. Assists by Tyler Dreger, Elijah Cato and Blake Lawrie. Winfield now plays South Okanagan in round two of the playoffs Feb 11-13.

The Winfield Bruins midget house 2 team traveled played a devastating game against Vernon this past Weekend, defeating them 11 – 2.
