Letter: Visitor insight on HOV lane in Kelowna

One visitor isn’t impressed

To the editor:

As a recent visitor to your fine town of Kelowna thought I would share some input on the ridiculous comments and function of the HOV lane. Can’t believe that your city is being run by such amateurs as Gail Given. The whole HOV project has been so ill thought out it’s unbelievable. Please get somebody that thinks in real time to come up with plan B.
