To the editor:
I would like to offer huge thanks to the Kelly Scott Team, including the coaching staff, for all the special memories they brought to me and many others in Canada, British Columbia, around the world and in particular the local fans. They were truly an example of committed and dedicated athletes striving to reach the highest level they possibly could, which they excelled at by winning the World Championships in 2007.
I hope some of them, if not all, will continue curling, however things change in peoples’ lives and we must respect and appreciate their decisions to do what is best for them.
In any event, I truly have appreciated their commitments to the game, and for the joy and excitement they brought to so many of us. What a legacy they have left.
