October 22, 1938 - November 27, 2022
Our family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Edward Anthony Tarasewich on Nov. 27, 2022. at Kelowna General Hospital. Dad passed peacefully and was surrounded by his loving family in his last days and hours. Many locals will remember Ed as owning and operating the sawmill at the north east end of Wood Lake in Oyama. For 50+ years Ed and his family operated and supplied many homes, farms and businesses with lumber, timbers and logs. Always a smile and a kind word to everyone who entered the office, Ed loved have a coffee and interacting with customers.
He will always be remembered as being a kind man with a big heart. He would always go the extra mile to help out family, friends, customers and strangers. We will miss him immensely but will always feel the love he gave to each and every one of us. We will be looking for you in our daily lives and will see you again Dad.
Lovingly remembered by his wife Wendy, children Mark (Inge), Terry (Kim), and Wanda Roberts (Todd). Grandchildren Dean (Mikayla), Cody (Katie), Tyler (Serena), Meagan, Lauren, Lucas and great-grandchildren Ark and little Emmett.
