Belco Holdings Inc. will be holding a Public Information Meeting to provide details and answer questions regarding submitted Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw Amendment applications to the District of Lake Country to redesignate 12036 and 12022 Pretty Road to High Density Residential, and rezone 12036 Pretty Road to Low Density Multiple Housing. If approved by Council, a development plan will be submitted for 12036 Pretty Road.
