Traffic north of Kelowna on Highway 97 was tied up as emergency crews responded to the incident.

Accident near YLW Friday

A two-vehicle accident tied up north-bound traffic on Highway 97 North, near the Kelowna Airport, on Friday afternoon from about 4 p.m.

Unconfirmed reports said everyone seemed to be out of their vehicles and moving—”some slower than others.”
