The award involves companies in all categories and regions with total employees between 49 and 999.

“I have worked in many of the largest centres in Canada and have consistently stated that we have an all-star team assembled right here in the Okanagan.
“We are in an industry category that has traditionally had high turnover, but of our more than 300 employees, we have a 70 per cent-plus return rate amongst our seasonal staff,and last year we had a 96 per cent satisfaction rating.”
The honour is the latest in a growing number of awards for the resort.

Predator Ridge is one of only two Okanagan- based companies recognized this year, and the only one in its industry category for medium-sized businesses.
