The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure will be collecting feedback at an open house for a study examining future highway options in the District of Peachland.

Over the past six months, the ministry has been collecting and analyzing data and meeting with local stakeholders to update its understanding of existing and future conditions on the Highway 97 corridor in Peachland. Now it's ready to share the results with the community.

The data will be provided at an open house on June 21 from 4:40 to 8 p.m. at the Peachland Community Centre at 1460 6th Street.

The ministry says information gathered at the open house will help identify and assess possible short-, medium- and long-term solutions to future highway access through or around Peachland.
