The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who died after a motor vehicle incident near Vernon on june 4, 2014.
He is Brian Victor Dolman, aged 64, of Oyama.
Mr. Dolman was the driver and sole occupant of an SUV which was travelling southbound on Highway 97 about 2:30 p.m. on June 4, 2014, when, near the intersection with Westridge Road, it was involved in a head-on collision with a northbound pickup truck. Mr. Dolman was deceased at the scene.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP Traffic Services continue to investigate this death.
