UBC Okanagan’s School of Engineering is hosting its inaugural open house, welcoming the public into its classrooms and labs to explore engineering education at the university.

Along with lab tours and demonstrations, learn about student clubs, academic programs, UBC admission requirements, and co-op opportunities. Also taking place is a student and faculty panel discussion about the undergraduate student experience and research opportunities for undergrads.

The School of Engineering is home to many award-winning teachers and researchers and offers undergraduate programs in civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering along with graduate programs.

The open house is Saturday, Nov. 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Engineering Management Education building on the UBC Okanagan campus.
