There has been a change in leadership at the Regional District of Central Okanagan.
While Lake Country Mayor James Baker was nominated for another year as board vice-chairperson Monday, the position went to Gail Given, a Kelowna councillor.
Robert Hobson, a Kelowna councillor, was acclaimed as board chairperson. He has held the position since 1994.
The regional district board consists of 12 voting members representing the Central Okanagan East and Central Okanagan West electoral areas, Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland and West Kelowna.
