Wade Farrell, 67. facing arson charges after Monday morning incident at his home

A Lake Country man is facing multiple charges stemming from an incident earlier this week.

Wade Farrell, 67, was charged with arson damaging property and possession of incendiary material earlier this week, for a Monday morning incident at his home.

Emergency services had been called to 3109 Beaver Lake Rd., where a fire had been sparked, backing up traffic as the issue dealt with.

Although there was speculation that the issue had to do with a domestic dispute, the only two charges crown counsel has approved against Farrell thus far relate to the fire.

He’ll be back in court Nov. 19.
