Kelowna RCMP took 10 people into custody after a search warrant execution at a Clement Ave residence earlier this week in Kelowna.

On Jan. 21, RCMP searched the residence after it was pinpointed by a pair of break and enter victims that had tracked their alleged stolen property to the area.

“A large number of items, including allegedly stolen electronics, illicit drugs and prohibited weapons, were seized by police,” said Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey of the Kelowna RCMP. “A number of the stolen items seized by police, have since been linked to recent commercial break and enters.”

51 year-old George Rodgers of Kelowna has been charged with breaking and entering and possession of break in tools. A 26 year-old man and 37 year-old man face potential charges, but are expected to appear in court Apr. 22.

“The police investigation continues at this time, which may result in the laying of additional charges,” said O’Donaghey.
