At around 5:30 a.m. on Jan. 23, Kelowna RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter at a construction site located in the commercial area of the 1800 block of Kirschner Rd.

Police suspect it could be related to another commercial break and enter, and believe the suspect(s) broke into the building and stole multiple commercial tools, including Milwaukee and Makita power tools.

“Police believe that the suspects gained further access to an office space used to work with Kelowna youth,” states Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey.” “Lap top computers, a tablet, two pairs of noise cancelling headphones, a DVD drive and a pair of square card readers all used to support youth in need, were also taken.”

The reported stolen items were a silver 13” Apple MacBook Pro computer with serial number CO2MLP7MFH00, a black ASUS model FX53V computer with serial number H8N0CV12211834A and a black Apple iPad with serial number DMPJP90UF189.

Police ask anyone with further information to contact Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300, or by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
