A five-townhouse infill housing development has been proposed for the Ben Lee neighbourhood.

An application to rezone property at 870-872 Mayfair Road, between McCurdy and Pearson roads was submitted to city hall earlier this month.

Documents indicate bachelor, one and three-bedroom units are part of the development.

The proposal has yet to be presented to city council for its consideration.
