Grow-op of 505 plants found in Lake Country

Lake Country RCMP executed a search warrant for theft of hydro at a residence on Shoreline Drive.

On March 23 the Lake Country RCMP executed a search warrant for theft of hydro at a residence on the 12800 block of Shoreline Drive.

A search of the residence revealed a marijuana grow operation of 505 plants.

Steroids and a small amount of cocaine were also located inside the residence.

No arrests have yet been made but charges of theft of hydro, production of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking may be recommended pending further investigation.
