The District of Lake Country has added a new staff member who specializes in human resource management.
Holly Flinkman is the new human resources and safety advisor for Lake Country, administering day-to-day human resource activities including staffing, planning and administration, employee relations, safety, training and development, and compensation for the district.
Flinkman is responsible for the overall development and coordination of safety programs within the municipality.

Brad Friedrich is the successful candidate on the facilities and ice maintenance operator posting.
Friedrich started with the district as a summer student in 2011.
Demonstrating that he was a hard worker and then went on to complete his ice facility operator ticket and is in the process of obtaining a refrigeration operator ticket.
