Arlene has lived in the Okanagan for over 25 years and Lake Country for several years.

Her Communications Arts, BA degree and sign language instructor certification provides the ability to communicate with those who live in a world of silence as well as those who can hear.

A deaf woman, Arlene has a passion and sense of responsibility for our community’s growth. She will act as a vigilant vessel for people’s voices to communicate their concerns on important issues.

She is dedicated to the growth and development of Lake Country and wants to make sure everyone of all abilities can access all facilities, new or existing.
