A vehicle crashed down a 40-foot embankment off Highway 97 in Lake Country, Friday afternoon.
The incident happened near the turn-off for Gatzke Road after a vehicle left the road, and crashed through two concrete barriers before flying down the hillside onto a property below.
Multiple emergency crews responded to the scene at about 2 p.m.
One person was seen being looked over by BC Ambulance. No other vehicles were involved.
It’s unclear what caused the vehicle to leave the road.
