An accident at the intersection of Highway 33 and Dougall Road is snarling traffic Friday.
Emergency crews are on scene of the accident, closing one lane of traffic in the westbound direction, according to a video that was submitted to the Capital News, and a car’s front end has been smashed.
An email has been sent to Kelowna RCMP.
