Dress for Success Kelowna is running the 4th annual Your Hour Her Power campaign through March 2025.

Through the month of March, TD Bank and Dress for Success Kelowna are looking to celebrate the women in the community with the 4th annual Your Hour Her Power campaign.

The initiative will feature 30 women on social media, telling their stories and offering words of inspiration, and fundraising to support Dress for Success Kelowna as it helps women reach employment and financial goals.

“This campaign is about more than just raising funds—it’s about creating opportunities today so that future generations of women aren’t still waiting for equality,” said Lori Stevenson, Executive Director of Dress for Success Kelowna. “Progress shouldn’t take generations. Every donation, every sign-up, and every story shared brings us closer to a world where women can thrive independently, and our communities are stronger for it.”

Dress for Success Kelowna client Ghazal S. expressed her gratitude for the program as a newcomer to Canada. “Their support went beyond professional clothing—it was about empowerment, confidence, and community. I gained not only practical skills but also a renewed belief in myself and my ability to thrive.”

Your Hour Her Power aims to raise $45,000 and is asking community members to donate just one hour of their salary pay in support.

Those interested in donating to the campaign can do so online.
