Swim with Santa at the Parkinson Recreation Centre on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 1 to 3 p.m. Kids can have their photo taken with the jolly man underwater and enjoy plenty of holiday games and activities.
Photos are complimentary for pass holders or with the purchase of a daily pool pass and will be emailed to participants.
The annual Family Holiday Skate is on Sunday, Dec. 18, at the Rutland Arena from 3 to 5:15 p.m. Enjoy free skating, face painting for the kids, with hot chocolate and refreshments courtesy of Tim Hortons.
Skate rentals are available — don’t forget to bring your helmets. Participants are asked to bring a non-perishable food item or donation for the Central Okanagan Community Food Bank for admission.
