Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society set to host Truth and Reconciliation march

The Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society (KFS) will be hosting its annual Truth and Reconciliation Day march on Friday, Sept. 27.

Every year, it honour and educate the public but the day's significance, the society hosts a march which leaves from their location at 442 Leon Avenue to the Kelowna courthouse and back. When everyone arrives back to KFS, there is a meal, an Elder story-telling, educational activities, local art, an more.

The event is free with the march starting at 12 p.m.
