Get ready for Oyama Fun Day

The invitation has been sent for everyone in the community to attend Oyama Fun Day, on Sunday, June 3.

The invitation has been sent for everyone in the community to attend Oyama Fun Day, on Sunday, June 3.

Hosted by Oyama Community Club, a full day of activities are planned and everyone is invited.

The day starts at 8 a.m. with a pancake breakfast, silent auction and raffle at the Oyama Community Hall and grounds, located at 15710 Oyama Rd.

This is followed by the parade at 11 a.m.  The parade starts at the Oyama General store and finishes at Oyama Traditional School.  Don’t forget, Oyama Road will be closed for the parade from 10:45 to 11:15 a.m. along the parade route between the Oyama General Store and the Oyama Traditional School.

The afternoon events at the Oyama Community Hall kick off following the parade with Children’ field games and activities, Sugar the Clown, Lake Country Dog Jumping Agility Mutts, DLC Bouncers, Fireman’s Burger Burn, Lake Country Big Band, ADRIA—Medieval Games and Artisans, Bake Shoppe, farmer’s market, Oyama Legion open house and food and fun for everyone.
