The Festival of Trees is returning to Mission Hill Estate Winery in West Kelowna.
For the seventh year, the winery is hosting an event that is held in various locations across the province to raise money for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
The event, running from Nov. 24 to Jan. 7, gives people a chance to view exquisite holiday trees with a guided cellar tour and an exclusive food and wine pairing. This year, the winery is hosting an opening celebration from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 24 with live music, mulled wine, hot chocolate, and holiday treats.
Tickets for the opening celebration are $20 per person while tickets for the six-week-long event are $65 per person and can be attended in up to groups of six. A portion of every ticket sold goes to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
This year, Mission Hill Estate Winery has set a goal to raise $50,000.
