Lisiting Llama aims to help sellers, buyers, and agents

A new online tool designed to help all parties in real estate will launch in Kelowna Feb. 9-10 at the Kelowna Spring Home Show at Prospera Place. Listing Llama will help buyers and sellers connect with the real estate agent that best suits them so that they can buy or sell property with confidence. Listing Llama will also help real estate agents in finding potential clients.

CEO of Listing Llama, Taryn Liv Parker, said the online tool will help mix up the industry.

“Disruption, the buzzword of the decade, coined when one talks of business innovation, is felt more and more frequently in most major industries these days. Technology (is) finding new ways to solve perennial challenges and see old business dilemmas with fresh eyes and un-thought-of solutions that quickly change (for the better) the landscape of entire industries,” said Parker. “Real estate hasn’t felt much of a shake-up to its relatively untouched system, until now. Listing Llama is here to make waves in the unstirred waters of real estate transactions, with our website and app launch.”

Listing Llama is free for buyers and sellers, and realtors can give the app a one month trial.
