Week three of the Lake Country Soccer Club soccer season was a difficult one.

Week three of the Lake Country Soccer Club soccer season was a difficult one as defeats outweighed the losses in Okanagan Senior soccer action.

Our LCSC Woody’s Pub team suffered their first loss of the season to the first place Modern Furniture Pikeys 1-0 in the Kelowna Mens Soccer League First Division.

The LCSC Atheltics lost 6-2 to FBFC in the Second Division while the LCSC Old Milwaukees dropped a 4-2 decision in an ill-tempered affair to Royal Star in Division 3A.

Our LCSC United team came close but ended up losing a 4-3 game to Frenzy FC in Division 3B.

Meanwhile, the LCSC Variform team won 5-2 over Taco Bell FC in the Mens Over35 League as Kelly Sherman led the way with two goals. And the Lake Country Over45 team picked up their first point of the season with a 1-1 draw with Silver Star. Unfortunately, a short-handed Lake Country Over55 team suffered a 7-0 defeat to Vernon Two at Reiswig Park.
