A string of car thefts targeting Honda Civics kept the Kelowna RCMP busy the past couple days and more are expected.
On April 30 and May 1, as many as eight Honda Civics were stolen in the Kelowna area, and subsequently dumped at the scene of the next theft.
All of the cars were in the 1995-2000 model year.
Police are cautioning owner’s of older model Honda Civics to be diligent in securing your vehicle and to ensure that you do not leave anything of value in your car.
