No go on Lodge Road
Lodge Road and Bottom Wood Lake Road are in the midst of a major overhaul intended to improve safety for pedestrians and drivers.
There will be a roundabout at the intersection of Lodge and Bottom Wood Lake, a sidewalk, bike lanes, speed humps, street lighting and a pedestrian bridge at Vernon Creek.
The road is closed to through traffic, with only local residents gaining access. Construction is scheduled to be complete by Sept. 15
